CCOC 171 Armstrong Street
The project site is located at 171 Armstrong, currently owned by CCOC, previously operated but is now vacant due to the building’s state of disrepair. CCOC is developing a 3-storey, OBC Part 9 wood framed construction, with 10 housing units. The proposed project will provide a mix of unit types, including five 1-bedroom units, four 2-bedroom units, and one 3-bedroom unit. 20% of the total units will be barrier-free to accomplish accessibility targets. The proposed project will provide a mix of different affordable rental rates. CCOC has harnessed a strong team of consultants, including Cahdco for project management, Figurr Architects Collective as the architect, and Thomas Cavanagh Construction as the construction manager.
